A few useful answers. Every home is different. Your estimate will reflect your actual scope and site conditions.
Can I renovate just one room? Yes. Bathrooms, kitchens, basements and flooring are available as individual projects. You can also combine services into a larger renovation.
How do I get an estimate? Use the project planner below to prepare your inquiry, then send it by text, WhatsApp or email. You can also call 437-383-8444. We’ll discuss your plans and the next steps for a free estimate or site visit.
Do you work on second dwelling units? We can discuss basement and second dwelling unit projects. Permit requirements, layout, egress and building systems must be reviewed for your property before the scope is confirmed.
What areas do you serve? We serve all of Ontario and Nova Scotia. Contact us to find out about service in your region.
Can I share photos or an inspiration post? Yes. Send project photos, rough measurements or an Instagram post with your inquiry. They help us discuss the layout, finish and scope you have in mind.
What is included in the warranty? Elusive provides a 5-year labour warranty. Material and fixture warranties follow the manufacturer’s terms. Your written project agreement will define the applicable scope and terms.
